So after my last posting, I had a fevered sick kid for 2 days/nights so that meant no sleep for either of us. Thankfully last night we all slept soundly. Except for hubby. He has been working and taking care of us for more than a week at this point. He's never gotten more than 3 hours sleep at a time and is still functioning. He is an amazing person. I don't know how he does it. We are all so thankful he's doing it all (but I could do without him smoking). BTW--could someone make him some cookies since I can't?
So we are still without power and it looks like Sunday is supposed to be the day now. I'm just fed up. I know the crews are working as hard as they can and as fast as they can but I refuse to believe that our town was the worst hit and had the worst damage. It's just not possible. Really.
